The Impact of Your Gift
R* arrived at a Send Relief trafficking safe house ten years ago as twelve-year-old. She had been sexually abused, was sleeping on a railway platform, and was starving. At the safe house, she received medical care, food, emotional support, and the ability to attend school. She has since graduated high school and wants to become a nurse so she can help others. She was recently admitted to a nursing program at a local hospital.
